Weblinks/advertisements of an adult/sexual nature are strictly prohibited.  Where local authorities and community organisations join together to request the removal of an advertisement/weblink on the basis that it is damaging to the local area or its citizens, the weblink/advertisement may be removed with immediate effect.

 

Where weblinks and advertisements have been removed, no monies paid to Cruiz.com will be refunded, however, Cruiz.com will seek to negotiate with the advertiser for replacement promotion of another weblink/advertisement.

 

Where advertisers use peak rate call charges as a main source of revenue, this must be made clear to Cruiz.com visitors who may have poor or failing eyesight and to the satisfaction of Cruiz.com.

 

Cruiz.com cannot be held accountable for the actions of any of its advertisers who have the ability to breach any Cruiz.com policy at any time.   Where breaches of policy occur, it is recommended that they are reported to local authorities who will have the ability to request the removal of such weblinks/ advertisements, provided such requests are supported by community organisations.
